BMA House given VenueVerdict Highly Commended Accreditation for Q4 2016

BMA House is one of 11 London venues to be given a VenueVerdict Highly Commended Accreditation for 2016. This highlights the continual exemplary standards of customer service that BMA House provide to their clients.

The accreditation is based on the VenueVerdict customer feedback survey that BDRC Continental issued to the venue’s clients to gauge levels of satisfaction.

Natalie Wiseman, Client Services Manager at BDRC Continental comments: “As an accreditation that is determined as a result of customer feedback alone, the VenueVerdict Highly Commended achievement exhibits the hard work that goes into ensuring a high level of guest experience in terms of both product and service, for which BMA House is to be congratulated on achieving.”
The Highly Commended Accreditation is given to those properties recording a Net Promoter Score of +60 or higher from 40 or more client responses in the twelve-month period January to December 2016. The score is based on the clients’ ‘Likelihood to Recommend’ a venue so a high score suggests high client satisfaction with a venue.
Sarah Bright, Head of Events at BMA House says; “The award of a Highly Commended Accreditation from BDRC Continental demonstrates the team’s on-going efforts to ensure first class delivery of events for all clients at all times. The entire team at BMA House is passionate about what they do and this really shines through in their day to day efforts.”
For the period in question, VenueVerdict featured around 360 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland.  The results were derived from just over 16,410 individual pieces of feedback.
BMA House is a stunning Grade II listed property in the heart of Bloomsbury that hosts meetings and conferences in 29 versatile spaces. A short walk from Euston, Kings Cross and Russell Square stations, BMA House is easily accessible for delegates from in and out of London.
