We know everyone wants to celebrate a Christmas party differently, which is why this year we’re allowing you to build-your-own party package!
We’ve put together a variety of exciting catering, entertainment and theming options, making planning your Christmas event hassle-free. Start with the basics to celebrate Christmas with your colleagues and build your package from there.
Choose from a range of festive dining alternatives, including mouthwatering canapes, vibrant bowl food, two or three-course seated dinners – vegan menus also offered, plus new for 2025 is our festive overload dessert station with post-dinner drinks, a real showstopper.
Enjoy mulled wine or custom-made cocktails/mocktails served from our festive food trucks inside our brightly sparkling Courtyard.
Standing parties of up to 320, or seated 200 guest dinners can be accommodated in our Great Hall, or choose our versatile Snow and Paget rooms for a glittering drinks reception and dinner for up to 120 guests

Committed to making every aspect of your night eco-friendly without compromising on excellence, we offer set menus to reduce carbon footprint, locally sourced ingredients, vegan wines, sustainable centrepieces, LED uplighters, and carbon ratings on menus.
Prices start from £66 +VAT pp plus room hire (£2,000 +VAT upwards).
Christmas party catering
Here at BMA House, we pride ourselves on hospitality. We know that exceptional service is integral to a great event, and our Christmas parties are no exception. Our catering partners, Company of Cooks think so too. Expect innovative, mouth-watering menus – using premium ingredients, and with a range of options for all dietary requirements and lifestyle choices. Our ethical & sustainable food practices mean we support our hard-working British farmers & source local produce where possible, whilst ensuring food waste is at an absolute minimum. Vibrant vol-au-vents, stellar mains, buttery mince pies – we’re making no compromises. It’s Christmas, after all.

Our environmental ethos underpins everything we do at BMA House. We’re the proud holders of a Gold Green Tourism Status and winners of both the 2023 and 2024 Best Meeting Venue Sustainability Initiative and have been awarded a Platinum ECOsmart accreditation with Greengage, so you can rest assured we’ll work with you to throw a Christmas party that is as sustainable as it is magical.
Our newest initiative in collaboration with Planet Mark offers clients an estimation tool to predict the carbon footprint of an event. With this complimentary service, our team will look at data for your event including number of attendees and catering and provide a personalised report with suggestions of how you can reduce emissions for your next event.
