Set for Spring: BMA House launches vibrant new menus with a sustainable twist

As the sun returns to Tavistock Square, BMA House is welcoming the season with a fresh burst of colour and creativity in the form of its new Spring/Summer 2025 menus – showcasing its continued commitment to sustainability, seasonality, and smart event planning.

Already recognised as one of the UK’s most sustainable conference and event venues, BMA House is proud to reaffirm that promise with its innovative approach to catering: beautifully curated set menus designed to reduce waste, simplify planning, and enhance the delegate dining experience.

    A menu model that’s seen a 93% take up amongst organisers…

Since making the shift from bespoke to set menus across its conferencing packages, BMA House has seen strong uptake – with 93% of hot fork buffet packages now chosen as set options.

This approach isn’t just a win for the planet; it’s proven a win for clients, too. By harmonising ingredients across events and focusing on seasonal produce, BMA House can maintain competitive pricing, even amid industry-wide cost pressures.

“We’ve found that setting clear, seasonal menus actually unlocks more creativity for our chefs,” says Venue Manager, Hannah Robinson. “It’s about celebrating the best of what’s available right now – and ensuring our clients get something truly special, without the unpredictability.”

The Spring/Summer set menus for 2025 reflect BMA House’s wider philosophy. From light and fragrant dishes like heritage tomato tart tatin with Kalamata olive salad, to vibrant desserts such as strawberry bavarois with lavender tuille, each dish combines flavour with flair – without compromising on sustainability.

For clients looking for value without cutting corners, the £95pp Day Delegate Rate (DDR) includes a two-course hot fork buffet lunch drawn from the set menu and a full suite of meeting essentials. Fine dining options are also available, including a seasonal set dinner menu at £90pp – proving that premium experiences can be planet-positive too.

From removing red meat and sourcing 70% of ingredients from plant-based options, to its zero-to-landfill waste policy and Green Tourism Gold certification, BMA House leads the industry with integrity.

“Set menus aren’t about limiting choice — they’re about making better choices,” adds Hannah. “For our clients, it means less decision fatigue, more consistent quality, and a more cost-effective way to plan unforgettable events.”

The Spring/Summer 2025 menus are available now for all conferences, receptions, and private events.
