Our summer party venue boasts two outdoor spaces, a rarity for central London. We also have plenty of indoor spaces that are available as a back-up option.
The Courtyard is our largest outdoor space and can accommodate up to 320 guests. This stunning space is surrounded by the building’s impressive architecture, with a fountain in the middle which creates a relaxing atmosphere. So, whether you’re hosting in the sunshine or when the sun goes down and the outdoor lights go up, the Courtyard is certain to create a long-lasting impression on your guests.
Explore the beautiful botanical Garden, an intimate space which is perfect for up to 90 guests. Host your summer party amidst medicinal plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees, whilst the terrace and patio area around the central pond acts as a tranquil space for your guests to unwind and relax.
Providing direct access to the luscious Garden, the Garden room works perfectly alongside our outdoor space. Large prints of plants and flowers help connect this space with the beauty outside, with several spots that are suitable for playing live music.

Locally sourced ingredients, waste-minimising efforts, and partnerships with British farmers underpin the festival offering’s culinary approach. Guests can enjoy their celebrations knowing they’re supporting an environmentally responsible venue.
Your Food Festival Summer Party with BMA House will include three food stalls from our summer party package – allowing your guests to choose between Indian street food (Vegan), Dirty Hot Dog and either Arancini bowl food for parties in The Garden or the Pizza Trick for parties in The Courtyard, served from food trucks, that have been lovingly converted from vintage and traditional horse boxes, all carefully selected and delivered by our wonderful chefs.
Dessert can also be added, with Hackney Gelato ice cream on offer for a real festival feeling, a supplier whose focus is on a handmade process using only the best ingredients.
Situated in Tavistock Square, our central London venue can be easily reached via public transport. The nearest station is Euston which is a 6-minute walk away, whilst St Pancras International and the Eurostar are a 12-minute walk away.
