    BMA House may be full of history but our AV facilities, equipment and support are state-of-the-art. Specifics for each of our spaces vary, but throughout the venue organisers can expect in-built PA systems, video conferencing, data projectors, LED screens, Smart boards and mics. Our Council chamber is one of our most impressive rooms in terms of AV with individual push mics, laptop connectivity and voting panel for each of its 97 seats.

    As a leading London hybrid venue, our expert technicians have created a range of hybrid and digital event packages, which enable your event to expand beyond the room and allows delegates who cannot attend in person to still interact with your brand, and feel involved. Furthermore, our flagship space, the Great Hall, has been kitted out with its very own impressive Hybrid Virtual Studio. A bespoke, custom-build to fit the Great Hall, the Studio is one of its kind.

    Full-day hire of any of our larger spaces comes with a dedicated technician who will take care of all of your AV needs, leaving you to concentrate on your guests. As well as all the in-built facilities we also have a range of equipment organisers can hire, should you need to.

    Audience Engagement Software

    The award-winning audience engagement software we use shares slides in real time, allows delegate interaction and provides analysis to help you improve your attendees’ experience. Speak to your planner to find out more about this Glisser product and to get a quote for your event.

    Smart Flipchart

    Great Hall

    The following fixed AV in the Great Hall is included in the room hire price:

    High Powered Data Projector – 10,000 Lumen Panasonic DLP Projector / Sound System – 24 channel mixing desk, 4 x Martin F10 speakers and a full stage audio monitoring system / Up to 9 Top Table Microphones / Up to 6 LCD Display Monitors on the Top Table / Handheld Microphone / Lectern with Microphone and Video Monitor / VHS Player / 52inch mobile LCD Screen / Complimentary wifi* / Full day technical support**

    All other meeting rooms

    We offer the following equipment complimentary in all rooms hired for daytime meetings:

    PA system with up to 3 microphones (lapel or handheld) / Data projector and screen** / Lectern with microphone / Flip chart, pad and pens / Complimentary wifi* / Technical support for set up at the start of your meeting

    For evening events a charge of £300 + VAT will apply and includes all of the above.
